Amir and his crew were able to completely transform my outdated house into a stunning modern place to live. They do extremely great
work, and their attention to detail is amazing. Further, Amir takes great pride in his work. If he noticed anything wrong or something that needs to be repaired that was outside of the scope of his work, he fixed it to make the entire place look great without charging me. That is the kind of person Amir is.

In addition, Amir is very honest. He was always upfront with his fees and the costs associated with the job. He never tried to upsell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. Whenever an expected problem emerged, he gave me multiple options with different costs. He was always available to discuss each option, and he was always willing to help in any way that he could to keep costs down without sacrificing on quality.

As I stated earlier, I am so grateful for the awesome work that Amir and DLK Construction did to my house. I have no doubt that I will seek them out again for any future projects that I might have.

I write this letter in recommendation of DLK Construction Inc. as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Amir Shahparast on the renovation of our kitchen and bedroom in 2019. I can recommend him highly and without reservation.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Amir was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his quote as well as any add-ons that we requested in the course of construction.

Amir chose and managed the sub-contractors well. The work was performed with care and precision. He is a gifted contractor and the custom cabinetry he installed is lovely. In addition, Amir and his crew were extremely clean and tidy, and that made a big difference since we were living in our home during the time the work was performed. He and his assistant never left the worksite in disarray. They vacuumed all drywall dust and removed debris daily. Amir took special care to prevent any of the job dust from trailing throughout the house.

Our project was completed on time and I think we have a wonderful outcome and a work of art.
